Privacy Policy NeuroNutrition
§1 General Provisions
- The Privacy Policy specifies how the personal data of the user using the Neuro Nutrition portal (hereinafter: User) are collected, processed and stored. This data is necessary to provide services electronically via the website available in the neuronutrition.eu domain (hereinafter: Portal).
- This Privacy Policy contains information on the scope of the User’s personal data being processed, as well as the User’s rights, the obligations of the personal data administrator and information on the use of cookies by the Portal.
- Only personal data necessary for the provision and development of the services offered therein are collected within the Portal.
- Personal data may be processed after the User has expressed voluntary consent.
- Personal data collected via the Portal are processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter referred to as GDPR) and the Personal Data Protection Act of 10 May 2018.
§2 Data Administrator
The administrator of personal data collected by the Portal is Neuro Nutrition Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Poznań at ul. Głogowska 125/3, NIP: 7393887155 (hereinafter referred to as the “Administrator”).
§3 Scope and purpose of personal data processing.
- The Administrator may process the User’s personal data in the event of:
a. the User using the contact form in order to ensure efficient communication.
b. signing up for the newsletter in order to perform the contract, the subject of which is the service provided electronically. - In the case of using the contact form, the Administrator may process the User’s first and last name and e-mail address.
- In the case of signing up for the newsletter, the Administrator may process the User’s e-mail address.
- Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to conclude the contract, provide services or use selected functionalities of the Portal.
- Personal data may also be processed in order to fulfill the Administrator’s legal obligations, including in connection with storing tax documentation.
§4 Period of personal data processing
- Users’ personal data will be processed for the period:
a. when the basis for data processing is the performance of the contract – until the limitation period for claims after its execution,
b. when the basis for data processing is consent – until its revocation, and after the revocation of consent until the limitation period for claims. - In both cases indicated in § 4 sec. 1 the limitation period is 6 years, and for claims for periodic benefits and claims concerning business activity – 3 years (unless a special provision provides otherwise).
§5 Sharing personal data
- In order to perform the sales agreement or other obligations, Users’ personal data may be transferred to entities cooperating with the Administrator or its subcontractors, e.g. other entities in order to perform services ordered by the Client.
- Users’ personal data will not be shared with third parties or other entities except for the purposes indicated in the Privacy Policy.
- Users’ personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
§6 User Rights
- The User may request access to the content of their personal data processed by the Administrator.
- The User may request rectification or correction of their personal data processed by the Administrator.
- The User has the right to withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data at any time. Withdrawal of consent may concern selected purposes of processing or cover all of these purposes. However, it does not affect the lawfulness of processing that was based on consent before its withdrawal.
- The User has the right to request the deletion of their personal data. The request to delete data does not affect the processing that was carried out before such a request was made.
- The User may request the restriction of the processing of personal data for a specified time or without a time limit. The User may also specify the scope of the restriction of data processing. This request does not affect the activities carried out before its submission.
- The User has the right to object to the processing of their personal data at any time, both in terms of all data processed by the Administrator, as well as in a limited scope, e.g. in relation to the processing of data for a specific purpose.
- The User’s notification of claims related to the rights listed in § 6, paragraphs 1-6 should be sent to the address admin@neuronutrition.eu.
- The Administrator shall respond to the request regarding the processing of the User’s personal data within a maximum of one month of its receipt. 9. The User has the right to file a complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if they consider that the processing violates their rights and freedoms in the light of applicable legal provisions.
§7 Cookies
- The Portal uses cookie technology (so-called cookies), which allows for the collection of information regarding the User’s activity within the Portal and their preferences. Cookies are used to adapt the website to the User’s needs, and may also be used for advertising and statistical purposes.
- Cookies contain a unique reference code that the website saves on the User’s device in order to store information about the device or software used. This information is saved primarily to personalize the content that the User has access to within the Portal.
- During the visit to the Portal, the User may consent or not consent to the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate option on the banner located at the bottom of the page.
- The User may specify the scope of cookie access to their device in the settings of the web browser.
- Some cookies used by the Portal are available only during a given web session and expire after closing the browser used by the User on their device. There are also cookies that allow for recognizing the User who uses the Portal again and for saving their preferences. Such files may be stored on the User’s device for a longer period of time specified in the parameters of a given file or until they are deleted by the User.
- Cookies will be used by the Portal for the proper management of the session, in particular for the purpose of:
a. recognizing whether the person using the Portal is registered,
b. creating a login session, thanks to which the User can remain logged in to the website and use the functions available on the Portal without having to log in again,
c. downloading information from the User’s device, including, among others, the IP address and information about the browser used, in order to administer the website, collect information about the use of the website and effectively diagnose problems related to the functioning of the Portal,
d. collecting statistical information about the User’s use of the website in order to improve the Portal. - Saving cookies on the User’s device supports the proper operation of the Portal and is safe.
- Deleting or blocking cookies may prevent or hinder the use of some functions available within the Portal.
§8 Automated data processing
- Automated processing of personal data (also known as profiling) involves the use of personal data to assess certain personal factors of a natural person, in particular to analyse or forecast aspects concerning the effects of that natural person’s work, their economic situation, health, personal preferences, interests, credibility, behaviour, location or movements.
- Users’ personal data may be processed in an automated manner in order to analyse selected information about the User, in particular forecasts of their preferences and interests.
- Users’ personal data will not be processed in an automated manner in such a way that any decisions could be made about them as a result.
- Users’ data may be profiled in order to adapt the content and personalise the marketing offer after they have expressed their consent.
§9 Final provisions
- The Administrator has the right to introduce changes to the Privacy Policy, but the rights of Users will not be limited.
- Changes made to this Privacy Policy enter into force within 3 days.
