ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">\u00a71 General Provisions <\/span><\/span><\/h2><ol><li><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">The Privacy Policy specifies how the personal data of the user using the Neuro Nutrition portal (hereinafter: User) are collected, processed and stored.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">This data is necessary to provide services electronically via the website available in the neuronutrition.eu domain (hereinafter: Portal).<\/span><\/span><\/li><li><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">This Privacy Policy contains information on the scope of the User&#8217;s personal data being processed, as well as the User&#8217;s rights, the obligations of the personal data administrator and information on the use of cookies by the Portal.<\/span><\/span><\/li><li><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Only personal data necessary for the provision and development of the services offered therein are collected within the Portal.<\/span><\/span><\/li><li><span class=\"jCAhz\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Personal data may be processed after the User has expressed voluntary consent.<\/span><\/span><\/li><li><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Personal data collected via the Portal are processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive Sp.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">z o.o.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">with its registered office in Pozna\u0144 at ul.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">G\u0142ogowska 125\/3, NIP: 7393887155 (hereinafter referred to as the \u201cAdministrator\u201d).<\/span><\/span><\/p><h2><span class=\"jCAhz\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">\u00a73 Scope and purpose of personal data processing.<\/span><\/span><\/h2><ol><li><span class=\"jCAhz\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">The Administrator may process the User&#8217;s personal data in the event of:<br \/><\/span><\/span><span class=\"jCAhz\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">a. <\/span><\/span><span class=\"jCAhz\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">the User using the contact form in order to ensure efficient communication.<br \/><\/span><\/span><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">b. signing up for the newsletter in order to perform the contract, the subject of which is the service provided electronically.<br \/><\/span><\/span><\/li><li><span class=\"jCAhz\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">In the case of using the contact form, the Administrator may process the User&#8217;s first and last name and e-mail address.<\/span><\/span><\/li><li><span class=\"jCAhz\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">In the case of signing up for the newsletter, the Administrator may process the User&#8217;s e-mail address.<\/span><\/span><\/li><li><span class=\"jCAhz\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to conclude the contract, provide services or use selected functionalities of the Portal.<\/span><\/span><\/li><li><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Personal data may also be processed in order to fulfill the Administrator&#8217;s legal obligations, including in connection with storing tax documentation.<\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ol><h2><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">\u00a74 Period of personal data processing<\/span><\/span><\/h2><ol><li><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Users&#8217; personal data will be processed for the period:<br \/><\/span><\/span><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">a. when the basis for data processing is the performance of the contract &#8211; until the limitation period for claims after its execution,<br \/><\/span><\/span><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">b. when the basis for data processing is consent &#8211; until its revocation, and after the revocation of consent until the limitation period for claims.<\/span><\/span><\/li><li><span class=\"jCAhz\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">In both cases indicated in \u00a7 4 sec.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">1 the limitation period is 6 years, and for claims for periodic benefits and claims concerning business activity \u2013 3 years (unless a special provision provides otherwise).<\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ol><h2><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">\u00a75 Sharing personal data<\/span><\/span><\/h2><ol><li><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">In order to perform the sales agreement or other obligations, Users&#8217; personal data may be transferred to entities cooperating with the Administrator or its subcontractors, e.g. other entities in order to perform services ordered by the Client.<\/span><\/span><\/li><li><span class=\"jCAhz\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Users&#8217; personal data will not be shared with third parties or other entities except for the purposes indicated in the Privacy Policy.<\/span><\/span><\/li><li><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Users&#8217; personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA).<\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ol><h2><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">\u00a76 User Rights<\/span><\/span><\/h2><ol><li><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">The User may request access to the content of their personal data processed by the Administrator.<\/span><\/span><\/li><li><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">The User may request rectification or correction of their personal data processed by the Administrator.<\/span><\/span><\/li><li><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">The User has the right to withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data at any time.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Withdrawal of consent may concern selected purposes of processing or cover all of these purposes.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">However, it does not affect the lawfulness of processing that was based on consent before its withdrawal.<\/span><\/span><\/li><li><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">The User has the right to request the deletion of their personal data.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">The request to delete data does not affect the processing that was carried out before such a request was made.<\/span><\/span><\/li><li><span class=\"jCAhz\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">The User may request the restriction of the processing of personal data for a specified time or without a time limit.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">The User may also specify the scope of the restriction of data processing.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">This request does not affect the activities carried out before its submission.<\/span><\/span><\/li><li><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">The User has the right to object to the processing of their personal data at any time, both in terms of all data processed by the Administrator, as well as in a limited scope, e.g. in relation to the processing of data for a specific purpose.<\/span><\/span><\/li><li><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">The User&#8217;s notification of claims related to the rights listed in \u00a7 6, paragraphs 1-6 should be sent to the address admin@neuronutrition.eu.<\/span><\/span><\/li><li><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">The Administrator shall respond to the request regarding the processing of the User&#8217;s personal data within a maximum of one month of its receipt.<\/span><\/span><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\"> 9. The User has the right to file a complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if they consider that the processing violates their rights and freedoms in the light of applicable legal provisions.<\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ol><h2><span class=\"jCAhz\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">\u00a77 Cookies<\/span><\/span><\/h2><ol><li><span class=\"jCAhz\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">The Portal uses cookie technology (so-called cookies), which allows for the collection of information regarding the User&#8217;s activity within the Portal and their preferences.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Cookies are used to adapt the website to the User&#8217;s needs, and may also be used for advertising and statistical purposes.<\/span><\/span><\/li><li><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Cookies contain a unique reference code that the website saves on the User&#8217;s device in order to store information about the device or software used.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">This information is saved primarily to personalize the content that the User has access to within the Portal.<\/span><\/span><\/li><li><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">During the visit to the Portal, the User may consent or not consent to the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate option on the banner located at the bottom of the page.<\/span><\/span><\/li><li><span class=\"jCAhz\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">The User may specify the scope of cookie access to their device in the settings of the web browser.<\/span><\/span><\/li><li><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Some cookies used by the Portal are available only during a given web session and expire after closing the browser used by the User on their device.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">There are also cookies that allow for recognizing the User who uses the Portal again and for saving their preferences.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Such files may be stored on the User&#8217;s device for a longer period of time specified in the parameters of a given file or until they are deleted by the User.<\/span><\/span><\/li><li><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Cookies will be used by the Portal for
